Its location was unbeatable, close to the industrial area. I had single room which was comfy, good bed.

This newly opened hotel has friendly staff and is located in a peaceful area.

The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and a decent size. The fittings and fixtures were of a good quality. Unlike many hotel rooms, this one had plenty of light - both natural and artificial. Overall, I think it represented good value for money.

The breakfast, whilst adequate, could offer a little more choice. Also it would be good if guests could access hot drinks by themselves at breakfast instead of having to wait for the staff to bring a cup of tea or coffee. This way it would be easier to get a refill. The room closest to the balcony was a little noisy, However the room on our previous stay was fine, as it was behind the fire door and this reduced the noise.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room spacious with super kingsize bed. The bathroom was very large but only had a shower in it (double size). There was an underground car park which was free. The room was very clean and the furnishings looked new. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and a hairdryer. Modern 32" wall mounted tv and with a little know how we switched dubbed programs and films back into English.

The hotel was situated in a very unattractive industrial area. However, the location was ideal for visiting Murcia, Jumilla and Calasparra to name but a few beautiful places. We arrived on a Saturday and were told the restaurant was not open in the evenings at the weekend. Fortunately the restaurant next door was open but it might have been nice knowing that at the time of booking.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel located in an industrial park near Murcia. the hotel was comfortably nestled in a warehouse district hidden behind a gas station and a bar. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable night's sleep. the friendly staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. the breakfast provided was basic but fresh. the hotel offered free parking in their underground car park, ensuring convenience traveling by car.

The hotel lacked communication in English, making it slightly challenging for non-Spanish speakers.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were kind. It was brilliant, neat and with an extra bed. The location was marvellous for Lorqui, very close to a warehouse district, the surrounding areas, and the bar/restaurant. Truly enjoyed food selection, meals were freshly made and they have variety of options.

The experience at Tch Hotel in Lorqui was peaceful and enjoyable from the moment we arrived. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, our room was prepared as requested, and the hotel's proximity to the industrial area was very convenient.

Thirdly, the location, although in an industrial area, was convenient for my needs and close to Murcia city center. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying and set me up for the day ahead.

One small improvement could be the addition of a mini-fridge in the room, especially during hot weather.
